Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your gear makes it back to our warehouse safely.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original hard case or microfiber bag and pack them into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
